Thomson Bridge offers our clients the capability to undertake a range of self-service learning management system administration.
We provide access to our Learning Management System called The Bridge which provides the following features to the client administrator:
- Certification Management – the Bridge enables you to define skill sets specific to your company, group or team and enable management of people’s compliance.
- Learning Management – effectively enrol students to classes and review and download completed certificates.
- Training History – review individual training attendance and certificates.
- Reporting – ensure workforce compliance and manage training needs.
- Traffic light system – A dashboard will highlight gaps in skills via a traffic light system. A green tick signifies compliance. Missing or out of date information is flagged with a red cross, and an orange exclamation mark flags an upcoming expiry of a licence or competency.

- eLogBook – all eLogBooks may be viewable by one or more people via The Bridge, our Learning Management System.
- Administrator functions that enable a company to set access levels across the company, create worker profiles, set up work/site and activity groups, move employees, give group access to staff, remove access.
- Contractor management functionality enables a company to upload the records of a nominated work party and immediately demonstrate compliance against the skills and authorisations required to work on your asset, network or project.
- Mobile App and Worker Card – The Bridge supports a mobile phone App so that each employee can easily access and display records and compliance against required skill sets.
We can also issue individuals with a Worker Card with a QR code linking back to the individual’s records on The Bridge.
