The purpose of this module is to help the student to understand the importance of managing and coordinating various work parties in the electricity supply industry.
Please note, this is a non-accredited course and upon successful completion, learners will receive a Certificate of Completion – Management and Coordination of Work Parties and Field Operators.
In this course, participants will develop the skills and knowledge as stipulated in the following:
- Explain the importance of coordination and collaboration
- Identify work parties across operational boundaries
- List the rules and procedures when coordinating work parties
- Explain how unique events should be coordinated
- Explain the concept of incident management
- Identify recognised coordination practices
