We have the training management expertise to enable you to outsource the safety and compliance training function of your business. Our experienced training administrators can use our Learning Records System, The Bridge, to manage the safety and compliance training for your workforce or your contractors.
We assist our Clients to manage this function by:
- Developing time and cost-effective training programs for employees on a Site by Site basis
- Scheduling training in line with your Staffs’ required Refresher cycles (annual, two or three yearly training)
- Providing access to your training records and schedules via our secure Client Portal (refer below)
- Scheduling ad hoc and emergency training needs
- Large scale training and accreditation programs for Clients and their Contractors
