Trainers and Assessors – ESI Compliance/HV/GWO/Transmission Linesman

We develop essential electrical skills, safety leadership and compliance services across the Arboriculture, Telecommunications, Rail, Mining, Electrical, Renewable Generation, Thermal Generation, and Transmission & Distribution sectors.

We are seeking industry experts to join our team of skilled Trainer’s and Assessors in the following areas of competency:
- ESI Compliance
- Heights Trainers/Global Wind Organisation (GWO)
- Linesperson – Overhead Transmission
- HV Operators
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience working in the Australian Electrical Supply networks or similar industries.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learners’ development.
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/40122 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high-quality training standards.
